Wally was one of the nicest guys we have met on our morning walks across the dam. He always had a friendly hello and was happy to stop and shoot the breeze. That of course meant swapping fish stories galore. He will be greatly missed on our morning journey. Our condolences to his family.

We will miss Wally walking on the dam everyday. He was quite a character and we enjoyed hearing about his childhood running around the hills in Oroville. His stories about fishing and hunting were amusing and he was quite proud of his yearly fishing trip to Cabo. His biggest joy was last year attending his daughter's wedding in Las Vegas. He shared the pictures with us, he was very happy about that. We will miss you Wally!
