Such a great man. My first job in 1968 was working in the office at Cal Water. I remember TC always had a smile and kind words for everyone.

Rest in peace old friend. I always enjoyed our time working together with the California Water Utility Council in the early 1980's. Your leadership in that group was second to none. Thoughts and prayers to Esther and the family.

i knewand admired tc for many years here in oroville.whe both attended theoroville roatary club and tc not only served the dcommunity but was a perfect friend and a gentleman. he will be missed greatly but he will be remembered kindly in the community. he is blessed for being TC,-clay castleberry
