Thil and I have been friends since the 4th grade. We shared the same birth date and always told people we were sisters. She was so kind and visited both my Mother and my Father when they were ill. Thil had a heart for Oroville and was a tremendous asset to this community. She saw that the community prospered when she was on the city council. Our Mothers were friends and Thils' mother loved her tremendously. Oroville is very blessed to have had Thil live here.

Thil and I were friends from about age 4. She lived near my parents on 1st Ave when she was little. We grew up together and went to Oroville High together. I have beautiful memories of her. To Thil’s family, I am so sorry for your loss. She was a special person in the world. Susan Talbitzer Doane.
