Uncle Alvie -- you were one of the rare ones and will be missed. Although I didn't see much of you over the years, you (and family) were/are always in my heart. You were both a fair, honest and loving man. Heaven is, I believe, having another welcoming party. You knew of Jesus Christ!! My heart goes out to Lori, Alvie and Cat and their families. God bless you and keep you safe. Scripture tells us that death is not the end, but, if we know Jesus Christ, it is only the beginning! Love and long-distance hugs to all my family!
