Obituary of Olga Caroline Anderson
Her Legacy...Olga Caroline Anderson, born January 1, 1917, in Oswego, Montana to Carrie and Gabriel Hill, died November 5, 2017. Olga taught school in Glenburn, North Dakota before she quit to raise her family of two daughters and one son. Her family moved to Southern California, and then to Oroville in 1978. She became a member of Calvary Lutheran Church where she made many friends and participated in activities involving the church. She was also a member of the Wyandott Grange where she was very active for many years. Olga celebrated her 100th birthday on January 1, 2017 with many family members and friends in attendance.
Her Family... Olga is preceded in death by her husband Forrest of 63 years, her daughter Carolyn Farmer, son Ron Anderson, grandsons Donald and Alan Farmer. Olga is survived by her daughter Sharon (Stan) Beecher and daughter-in-law Sue Anderson, her four grandchildren Terri (Wayne) Brashear, Darrell Farmer, Holly (Scott) Perkins and Lisa (Ryan) Lambert, 10 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandson.
Her Farewell Service...Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church, 10 Concordia Lane, Oroville, California. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
