Obituary of Joseph W Bradshaw

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday November 25, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Yuba City Moose Lodge on Walton Ave. in Yuba City for Joe Bradshaw, 68 of Gridley. He passed away on Friday October 27, 2017 in Gridley, CA. He was born on November 13, 1948 in Portland, Oregon, one of four children to William and Pat Bradshaw.

He was a longtime Gridley resident known for his ability to work in all trades, and worked many years for his friend Bob King. He was an avid fisherman, and fan of the Rams and San Jose Sharks. He was a member of the Gridley Loyal order of Moose, having served as past Governor. Joe passed away after a heroic four year battle with cancer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Alice Bradshaw.

He is survived by his two sons; Jeremy (Stephanie) Bradshaw of Washington, Risley Bradshaw, serving in the U.S. Army stationed in Texas, his daughter Mandy (Jeff) Harville of Biggs, CA, one grandson Johnny (Shelby) Crenshaw, his brother Scott (Rita) Bradshaw of Florida, two sisters Terri (Louie) Perez of CA, Maribob Ruegger of Utah, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Arrangements entrusted to Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel. Private inurnment.
