Obituary of Mary Cabral Pedroza

Mary C. Pedrozo, born on September 10, 1923, in Vallejo, California, to John & Lucille Cabral, died on September 11, 2017, in Orland, California. She attended Yuba College and was employed for over 45 years in Oroville as an insurance office secretary. She married Joe Pedrozo in 1954 and lived in Oroville until 2011 when she relocated to WestHaven Assisted Living in Orland, California. She was precded in death by her husband Joe, of 40 years in 2003. 

Mary was a former member of Tau Phi Lambda Sorority and Omaha Woodmen, Past Presidents Club. She was a member of the Oroville Community Chorus and the Monday Club of Oroville, as well as St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.

Mary enjoyed music, dancing, travel, and prided herself in being and active member of the Oroville Community. 

She is survived by nephews Ralph Rath and his family and Ron Rath and his family, all of Corning; nieces Teresa Brown and her family of Yreka, Karen Bang and her family of Paradise, and Becky Flores and her family, also of Corning. 

 A Rosary will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church, 1330 Bird Street Oroville, California. Mass will follow at 10:45 AM at St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church with Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd. Oroville, California.
