Obituary of Debra Gramps
Her Legacy… Debra Arlene Gramps was born on May 20, 1958 in Willows, California to Tomas and Marie Tull. Debbie was born into a large family. With four brothers and four sisters, She developed a strong personality and independent spirit which she maintained throughout her life. Debbie graduated from Biggs High School. She was married to David Gramps for 35 years. She had one son, DJ who she was very proud of when he achieved his lifelong dream of becoming a long haul truck driver. Debbie enjoyed camping with her husband and family. She also very much enjoyed traveling, many times on cruises to various tropical destinations. Debbie was retired and worked for the Butte County Office of Education. While working full time Debbie helped her sister-in-law Karen Lundberg start her Medical Business, California Occupational Medical Professionals. They worked together long hours, many nights and weekends making the business a success, most of that time donated. Debbie passed away on August 20, 2017. She was a true force of nature and will be missed by all who knew her.
Her Family… Debbie is survived by her husband David, her son DJ, and her brothers and sisters A.J., Trudy, Tom, Sonny, Laura, Rita, Freda, Marshall and their families.
Her Farewell Service… A Graveside Service will be held at Gridley-Biggs Cemetery, 2023 Highway 99, Gridley, California on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 9:30 am. All who knew Debbie are invited to attend. Arrangements are entrusted to Oroville Funeral Home (530) 533-0323.
