Obituary of Donna Joyce Rowland

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday July 16, 2017 at 2:30 p.m., at Oroville Post Acute Care, 1000 Executive Parkway in Oroville; for Donna Joyce Rowland, 72, who passed away peacefully on July 10, 2017 in Oroville. A reception will follow the service.

Donna was born in San Luis Obispo, Ca on February 10, 1945. She was a fixture on the streets of Oroville for the past 30 years. Donna has suffered with mental illness since her 20's and settled in Oroville in 1981. 

She is survived by her 3 children, Jim Rowland of Citrus Heights, CA, Janeen Rowland-Jones of Harmony NC and Robert Rowland of Santa Rosa, CA.  She was preceded in death by her son David Rowland in 1981.
