Obituary of Frank Mevans Rivera

His Legacy… Frank Mevans Rivera was born on June 4, 1926 in Sonora, Mexico to Jose Rivera and Maria de los Angeles Mevans. For 36 years he was a Farm Labor Contractor in the Northern California area. Frank loved the San Francisco Giants and Comite Mexicano de Benefencia which he was a long time member of over 40 years. Frank passed away on May 22, 2017 in Oroville, California.

His Family… Frank is survived by his wife of 32 years Elvira Rivera and his children which he loved dearly and his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

His Farewell Service… A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson Street, Oroville, California with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Saint Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church, 1355 Bird Street, Oroville, California. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd, Oroville, California. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
