Obituary of Donna Mae Smith
Her Legacy… Donna Mae Smith, born on December 23, 1946 in Hayward, California to parents Richard and Irene Holt. She died on May 19, 2017 in her Oroville home surrounded by her family and friends. In January of 1964 she married her husband of forty years, Ronald Dean Smith who preceded her in death. She raised her children in Oroville, California where she touched many lives. She was happiest spending time with her family and friends. Donna Mae enjoyed cooking for her large extended family and making those around her laugh.
Her Family… Donna Mae is survived by her sister Beverly Gilbert, three children; Lisa Bollinger, Tammy Flores, Ron (Tooter) Smith Jr. Her eight grandchildren; Tyler Remy, Ashley Remy, Amanda Remy, Derek Flores, Daniel Grieb, T.J. Smith, Jaxon Smith and Jersey Smith. Her eight great grandchildren; Tyler Remy Jr., Madison Remy, Karsen Lee, Veya Flores, Derek Flores Jr., Daniel Grieb Jr., Kayden Smith and Eva Smith along with numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members.
Her Farewell Service… A Memorail Service will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 3:30 PM at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson Street, Oroville, California. A Celebration of Life will follow at 4720 Virginia Ave. Oroville, California. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
