Obituary of Terry Alex Oates

His Legacy...Terry A. Oates was born on January 16, 1950 in Anderson, South Carolina to Gene Oates and Christine Oates-Lee. Terry passed away on May 16, 2017 in Oroville, California. Terry owned and operated a backhoe business in Oroville for 30 years. He had a passion for bass fishing. 

His Family...Terry is survived by his wife of 47 years Linda Oates, his mother Christine Oates-Lee, his two daughters, Dana Miller and Stacy Mitchell all of Oroville, CA. He is also survived by his brothers Dennis Oates and Scott Oates, his two sisters Kathie Doshier, Karen Belmonte and seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
