Arthur James Green, 83, passed away in Oroville California on Friday, May12, 2017. Arthur was born on October 13, 1933 in Elmira, New York to Ray & Lucille Green. He joined the Navy and served from 1950 to 1954 during the Korean War. Arthur has been a Butte County resident for 27 years.
