Obituary of Cleo Joyner

Cleo Joyner, age 91, passed away in Oroville California on April 13, 2017. Mr. Joyner served our country in both the Army and Air Force. Cleo worked at various jobs through out his life. Before retiring, his most recent job as a bus driver provided him with interesting stories to share and experience. A Military Service will be held at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside California. Arrangements are entrusted to Oroville Funeral Home.
