Obituary
Obituary of Verona Adelle Gardner
Her Legacy… Verona Adelle Gardner was born on March 14, 1924 in Union City, Oklahoma to Selma (Schilling) and Hugo Leimer. Verona passed away on April 12, 2017 in Oroville, California. Today we celebrate Verona’s new and forever residence in the kingdom of Heaven. Inheritance – heritage, these are not something that Verona left when she died, rather, they are what she gave as she lived! .Because she knew Jesus as her Savior, Verona’s life reflected the gift of salvation that had been given to her. An heiress adopted by the King of Kings, she lived to testify that Jesus was the Way, the Truth, and the Life. She was passionate about telling of the wonders of her Lord because she knew Him personally. She experienced love beyond measure, and with David, Verona proclaimed, “The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup.” (Ps 16:15) If, indeed she suffered with Him, so now she is glorified with Him!” (Romans 8:17) Celebrate with us that she lives!
Her Family… Verona is prceded in death by her beloved husband Richard Gardner. She is survived by her two sons: Tim and Mike Gardner, her grandchildren: Laura, Cassie, Ryan, Jared and Dillon Gardner, and her great grandchildren: Mallory, Juliette, and Vivienne Raun, Coen Robinson and Calvin Gardner.
