Robert Collins Jr., 61, passed away in Oroville California. Robert was born in Seattle Washington on June 27, 1955 to Gloria & Robert Collins St. Robert Jr. loved drawing which showed his talent and abilities as an artist. He also enjoyed working on his motorized bicycle that he rode around the town of Oroville. His family will cherish their memories of Robert and celebrate his life at a gathering in July.
