Obituary of Frances Joann Ruff

Her Legacy… Frances Joann Ruff was born on October 19, 1929 in Haskell, Texas to Ella and Joe McCarty. Frances graduated high school in 1947. She married the love of her love John Ruff. She worked as a door greeter for Walmart in the garden department for 15 years. She loved her job greeting shoppers as they came in. Frances passed away on April 1, 2017 in Oroville, California at the young age of 87. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her and loved her. Her Family… Frances is preceded in death by her beloved husband John Ruff, her parents and her three brothers Jerry, Elmer and Nolan McCarty. She is survived by her niece Connie Vasquez, her nephew Mike McCarty both of Oroville, CA. She is also survived by her very dear friend Beverly Gowen of Oroville, CA; and her many friends at Walmart. Her Farewell Service… Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd. Oroville, California.
