Her Legacy… Alicia Menchaca Ambrose was born on February 3, 1921 in Monterey, Mexico to Sostenes and Rita Oliva Menchaca. Alicia passed away on March 27, 2017 in Oroville, California. Alicia will be remembered by family and friends as a loving widow, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and will also be remembered as a hardworking, generous and caring person. Her Family… Alicia is survived by her loving sons Edward, David and Jacob and her loving daughter Rita of San Jose, CA; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special family friends all of whom will miss her greatly. Her Farewell Service… Private Family Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in San Jose, she will be interred at Calvary Cemetery in San Jose, California.
