Obituary of Joseph James Strickland

"Joey" Joseph James Strickland was born October 22, 1988 in San Diego, California. Joey passed away on March 16, 2017 in Chico, California. Taken from his family too soon..Joey was the youngest of 6 children and is survived by his Mother, Charmain Riggs; Father James Strickland; Brother Jasson of Gridley; Sisters, Crystal Hawe of Oroville; Monica Norman of Chico; April of Colorado Springs, CO; Amanda of Sacramento, CA; Grandfather, Cecil Riggs of Paradise; and 4 of his own children. Joey moved with his family to Chico in 1989, where he attended school and made many friends, and was loved by many. Joey was the family clown, and loved family gatherings and making jokes. He also enjoyed drawing, wrestling, football, playing video games, and visiting with his many nieces and nephews. Joey will always be loved and missed. Goodbye "baby boy".
