Obituary of William Duane Bundy

A service will be held at a later date for William D. Bundy, 76 of Gridley, CA. William passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at his residence. Bill was born December 21, 1940, in Oroville, CA to Chester A. and Irma E. Bundy. Bill was a lifelong resident of Butte County. He worked as a ranch foreman for the past 45 years on a farm south of Gridley. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gold panning and all forms of outdoor activities. He is survived by his son, William D. Bundy JR., 4 brothers; Donald R. Bundy of Kooskia, ID, Daryl G. Bundy of Oakdale, CA, Jim Bundy of Oroville, CA, Robert L. Dement of Colorado Springs, CO. 2 sisters; Sandra L. Fontes of Hollister, CA and Carol A. Anglin of Oroville, CA. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel.
