Jerry Norman Kitch, 61, of Oroville passed away on January 21, 2017 in Oroville California. In honor of Jerry a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sat. February 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Oroville VFW Hall on Lincoln Blvd.
