Belva Lynn Neilson was born on December 7, 1961 in Redding, California to Shirley and Frank Neutze. Belva passed away on January 5, 2017 in Oroville, California. She worked as a restaurant hostess for 20 years. She is survived by her two sons Donald Neilson and Bryan Neilson both of Oroville, California. No public services will be held.
