Obituary of Porfirio Espinoza

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gridley, for Porfirio (Pilo) Espinoza, 49, of Gridley. He passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016, in Oroville, California. He was born on January 23, 1967 in LaPledad, Michoacan, Mexico to Antonio and Rosario Espinoza. He was a longtime resident of Gridley, having worked for numerous local farmers. He enjoyed music, friends and family, and was known as a very happy-go-lucky person. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Gridley. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Juan Espinoza. He is survived by 6 brothers and 4 sisters, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Father Roland Ramirez of Sacred Heart Catholic Church will officiate the service.
