Obituary of Jonathan Lee Robert

A funeral service will be held Monday, December 19, 2016, 11:00 AM at the Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel for Jonathan Lee Robert, 22, of Biggs. He passed away on December 7, 2016 at Ft. Lewis, Washington. Jonathan was born March 18, 1994 in Oroville, California. He was a resident of Biggs, having moved around during his youth and graduated from Live Oak High School, class of 2012. He was an all-around great guy, and had many friends. He enjoyed hiking, four-wheeling, and the outdoors. He loved music, and the company of friends, and touched the lives of all that knew him. He enlisted in the US Army in April 2015, and was stationed at Ft. Lewis, Washington. He is survived by his parents, Carl and Cheri Boelman of Biggs, one brother, Daniel Boelman also of Biggs, 3 sisters; Mariah Robert of Lincoln, California, Nichole Boelman of Toledo, Ohio, Sarah Robert of Magalia, California, 1 niece and 6 nephews. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at the Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel. Military honors will be provided at the Gridley-Biggs Cemetery by the U.S. Army Honor Guard following the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel 530-846-2138.
