Oliver James Bailey, 81 years, of Oroville, passed away on Thursday November 14, 2024 

He was born on Thursday August 12, 1943 in Crescent City, California , the son of the late Oliver and Mary (née Endert) Bailey.


His Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Nov 29 from 10:00-12:00 PM at Ramsey Funeral Home 1175 Robinson Street, Oroville, California
