Obituary of Braxton Lee Smith

Braxton Lee Smith, born March 24, 2001, in Oroville, California, passed away on November 13, 2024, in Oroville. A resident of Berry Creek, Braxton was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend.

He is survived by his 1-year-old daughter, Summer Christene, who was the light of his life; his mother, Sara Nicole Bonner; father, Kenneth W. Smith II; siblings Kenny, Honesty, and Tom; grandmothers Dora McKibben and Bobie Faggin; as well as 3 nieces, and his cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Braxton had a passion for life, enjoying anime, riding dirt bikes, and fishing. Above all, he cherished being a father to Summer. His laughter and adventurous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
