Marlene and family, I am so sorry for your loss. John had been a mentor to me as a reserve deputy and I appreciated his knowledge of the area when we worked mountain patrol. Vic and I shall always remember getting the grand tour of the trailer that we bought from you two. Vic always spoke of John with upmost respect. Every time we used the trailer, we thought of John and Marlene!
