I am so very sorry for the passing of your mother. I respected her more than I think she ever knew. I was lucky enough to work with her for two years until I found my calling, which was as an undercover investigator. Your mom taught me a lot, I was in awe of her, as she was a strong, intelligent, well spoken and respected throughout the Investigative Community. I will never forget her. I remember when we got a tip via a phone call to the office. The person on the phone told us if we wanted to be the ones to find the Zodiac Killer we need to go to Oregon near some railroad tracks. This was long ago so I do not remember exactly where in Oregon, the caller said, maybe around 1986 or 1987. I asked if if I could go and check it out and she told me if we followed every lead that calls in like that we would be running around all over and never get any real work done, as we worked on court appointed cases. Nanci went on to say just how many calls she gets about where the Zodiac Killer is amongst many other crazy calls. Well Nanci you are in a much better place now though you have many people here on earth that are going to miss you dearly. Your True Admirer Becky Ellis
