There is a rare hand full of people in this world that you perceive as being kind, the very minute that you first meet them. Vic was one of those people. My in business project a persona of friendliness and concern, but Vic not only exuded those traits, but he lived them out, fully. A truly courageous, compassionate, and down-to-earth man.
