Angela Marie Collins was born on October 24, 1984 in Lake Tahoe, California to Deborah and David Collins. Angela passed away on September 30, 2016 in Oroville, California. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her step mother Sherlynn Collins of Oroville, California, her son Timothy Hursh III of Oroville, California and her daughter Alexis Young of Eugene, Oregon and her brother Joshua Collins of Sonoma, California.
