John Russell Tobias, 61, passed away on April, 25, 2024.

His Visitation will be held on May 9, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Ramsey Funeral Home 1175 Robinson Street; followed by his Funeral Service on Friday May 10, 2024, 11:00 AM at the Southside Community Center in Oroville.
