She was born on Saturday October 10, 1981 in Sacramento, the daughter of Ronald and the late Engracia (née Gatot) Simmons.

The Graveside for Sylvia Simmons will take place on Friday, Feb 16 at 1:00-2:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery 5646 Lincoln Blvd., Oroville
