My sister Tori and her children Shay and Tyler were very fortunate to meet David that day so many years ago. He became the most wonderful husband and father and brought them the true sense of family they deserved. Our front bathroom was tiled by David and I find myself choosing to use that one so I can smile and remember those days.
Our entire family is one less now and I am saddened by that loss, but David's presence at every family gathering, the laughter we shared, and seeing his journey with God are the memories I am going to hold onto moving forward.
