Obituary of Steven Russell Owen

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2016 at 11:00am at the Gridley-Biggs Cemetery for Steven R. Owen, 60, of Biggs, CA. Steven passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016 in Belden, CA. He was born June 4, 1956 in Sacramento, CA to Vergil L. and Frankie R. Owen. He was preceded in death by his father, Vergil L. Owen, maternal grandparents, Frank and Docia Robinson and paternal grandparent, Ed and Nellie Owen. Steven is survived by his mother Frankie R. Owen of Biggs, sister, Terri L. Hart of San Jose, CA, nephew Jimmy B. Hart of Taiwan, niece Megan L. Hart of San Jose, CA, care providers Missy Dollins and Tim Owen. The family suggests contributions be made to Steve’s favorite charity, Do-It Leisure, 2233 Fair St., Chico, CA 95928, attention Holly.
