Martin Villalpando, 52, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2016 after a lengthy illness in Chico, CA. Martin was born August 30, 1964 to Jose and Maria Villalpando in Teocaltiche,Jalisco Mexico. He was a long time resident of Butte Co., residing in Biggs at the time of his death.
