Obituary of Roxie Dell Moody

Roxie Moody, 91, passed away peacefully November 3, 2023, surrounded by so much love. She had been a resident of Gridley for 58 years, until moving to Redding in April this year. Our hearts are sad but rejoice thinking of her with Jesus her Savior and other loved ones that have gone before her.

Roxie is survived by her daughter Beverly (Jim) Burgess of Yuba City; daughter Karen (Joel) Burgess of Redding; daughter-in-law Terry Moody of Gridley; six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband George Moody and son Dennis Moody.

Graveside service held at Sutter Cemetery November 17, at 1pm. Arrangements entrusted to Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel.
