Jo Anne Marie York (Fullerton)

December 25, 1938 to October 10, 2023

Born to Arthur & Ada in Michigan, Jo Anne moved to California with her parents and brothers as a child. Moving to Gridley in the early 1980’s with her husband Dick where she remained until her death.

Jo Anne was preceded in death by her parents Arthur L & Ada V. Fullerton, brothers David Fullerton & Karl Fullerton, Husband Richard ‘Dick’ York and son Dennis Cossairt. Also preceded in death by great grandson Micah and great grand daughter Katelyn.

Jo Anne is survived by her children, Diane Mungai AZ, Donald Cossairt(Linda)AK, Diadra Cain(Robert)Gridley, Doris Pecor Chico, Darlene Cooke(Sean)OR. Jo Anne was blessed with four stepchildren and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Jo Anne spent her years in Gridley enjoying being a homemaker, but most of all, doing anything related to being a granny.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 10am-12pm at Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel, with a graveside service to follow, at Gridley Biggs Cemetery at 1pm.
