Obituary of Robert "Brett" Matzke

Robert "Brett" Matzke, 74, born November 13th, 1948 in Champaign, Illinois to Robert "Bob" and Eleanor "Teri" Matzke. Brett worked for over thirty years in Conservation along side of Cal Trout, Sierra Club, EPA and many other organizations. Brett was an avid fly-fisherman, which took him all over the US and Internationally. He loved his family and friends, he often cooked an excessive amount of food for functions he was hosting. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

Brett is survived by his loving wife, Viktoriya of Gridley, California, his daughter Jane and husband Ron of Cameron, Oklahoma, his stepson, Vasha and wife Natasha of Russia. Brother Bruce and wife Connie of Florida. His sisters;  Luan of Montana, Laurel of Oklahoma and Ledeen and husband Art of California. Grandchildren; Ryan, Madisson, Al, Jacob, Maria and Anastasia, and eight neices and nephews.

Brett was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Lynette and grandson Johnny.
