Her Legacy… Stella Norrine Gramps was born on Nov. 21, 1956 in Oroville, CA to Earl and Catherine Pulley. Stella passed away on Aug. 28, 2016 at her residence. Stella a lifelong resident of Oroville, where she attended Thermalito Schools and Oroville High School. She married the love of her life Oliver E. Gramps Sr. on Jan. 1, 1982. Together they raised their six children. Stella lived her life caring for elders and others in need. She had a passion for playing drums in the family band, and she enjoyed sitting by the water fishing, sipping on a cold one, watching her grandchildren play sports, dancing or just fishing. Stella will be remembered by family and friends as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother.
Her Family…Stella is survived by her loving husband of 34 years Oliver E. Gramps Sr, her children: David Gramps (Angel Martin), Vannessa Halterman (CJ Halterman), Oliver Gramps Jr, Richie Gramps, Linda Gramps and Betsy Gramps all of Oroville, California. Stella has 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and one more great grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her siblings; Linda Caton, Harold Pulley, Floyd Pulley, Dale Pulley, Kathy Weikim, numerous nephews and nieces, and her favorite sister-in-law Betsy Seneca.
Her Farewell Service…Memorial Service will be held on Thur., Sept. 8, 2016, 10:30 a.m. at Oroville Funeral Home, 1454 Montgomery St, Oroville, CA. Following the service a Celebration of Life will be held at 175 Alverda Dr. Next to Feather Falls Casino.
