Howard Paul Warner, 91 years, of Oroville, passed away on Tuesday June 27, 2023

Born on July 4th, 1931, he experienced almost a century of life, and spent a majority of that with his beloved and beautiful wife Viola.

He is survived by his wife, his children, their children, and their children, and every one of them adored him and will miss him deeply.
