Joan Marie Harwell was born on April 2, 1936 in Birmingham, Alabama to Alene Vita Kennedy and Clifford Clark Adams. Joan passed away on August 9, 2016 in Sacramento, California. Joan was a teacher for 41 years educating young people. She is survived by her daughter Jackie Harwell. No public services will be held.
