Obituary of Pepsi Smith

"Pepsi" Flora Lorraine Smith suddenly passed away Wednesday, April 26th, 2023, at the age of 62. Pepsi was born Friday, October 7th, 1960, in Oroville, CA. Pepsi lived in Palermo for the for the majority of her life as she moved into town a few times over the years. Pepsi attended Palermo School as a child and graduated from Prospect High.

Pepsi is survived by her husband Dennis Conn, her mother Evelyn Rutledge, brothers "Butch" Carl Rutledge, and "Punkie" Steven Rutledge. Her children Mikkia Eldridge, "Tuffy" Stephen Eldridge, Ryan Eldridge, "Bo" Justin Eldridge, and Brittany Eldridge, along with 11 Grandchildren. Pepsi has reunited with her little brothers Danny Rutledge, Todd Rutledge, and ex Husband, Steve Eldridge.

Pepsi loved to hang out with her children as often as she could. She lived the life that she wanted to live. She attended all the kid's birthday parties, all the backyard gatherings, and never missed an opportunity to slip a few bucks into a slot machine at one of her favorite casinos. 

Her Memorial Service will be held on
