Serge S Wolkoff Jr., 61, passed away on April 1, 2023 in Oroville, California. His kindness and friendly spirit brought joy to many.  He will be sadly missed.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 6, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.; at Second Baptist Church of Chico - 1053 Ohio Street, in Chico, California.
