Obituary of Mary Adeline Thebach
Mary Thebach passed away on Monday, March 20th at home in Biggs at the age of 93. She was born in Alabama and moved to California at the age of 1, living in Live Oak, Gridley and the last 60 years in Biggs.
Mary had several career changes, which concluded working for the State of CA for 10 years, leading to her retirement. Her true love was to garden, sew, spend time with her family and friends. Many hours of “digging in the dirt” produced beautiful vegetables for which she was proud to share with others. She loved to play cards and Yahtzee. Many were blessed to receive a quilt made with their favorite colors and a lot of love.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Bill, daughter Lisa, grandson Andy and her parents and siblings.
Mother, Nana, and GG, Mary is greatly loved and her memory cherished by her children: Lee, Patrice (Randy), John, Sharon (Alan), Marla (Geoff), Bo and Melinda (Pete); her 9 grandchildren: Lisa, Sam, Zoe, Jason (Noni), Heather (Chad), Nate (Claire), Spencer, Eryka, Andrea (Matt); and 11 great-grandchildren: Feyana, Malcolm, Evan, Miles, Nixon, Madeline, Sophia, Adelaide, Walker, Leroy, and Redmon.
