Obituary of Mary Christine Lane
Today we celebrate the life of Mary Christine Walker - Lane She was born May 14th 1951 to her mother Cleopatra Gonos and her father Johnny Anthony Walker, who was tragically killed in the Korean war before she was born!
(raised by her stepdad Harold Stall) She sadly fell asleep unto the Lord Feb. 13, 2023, after suffering from COPD for many years! Mary loved to help cook and prepare food at the Moose Lodge and go to the Casino with her friend Renee. She also enjoyed her store Mary's Stuff 4 Sale that she ran with her husband Terry Lane Sr until his unfortunate death, and then 5 years later the unforeseen death of her only child Terry Ray Lane Jr.
Mary Was born and raised in Vallejo, California, and then moved to Oroville California 40 years ago and enjoyed all the people. From the Eagles and the Moose Lodge, she is now free of any more pain and suffering!
Please keep her in your prayers! May her soul Rest in Peaceand May her memory be eternal.
Mary is survived by her half-sister Deme Stall Nash ( Ron), stepbrother Gary Stall, Sister-in-law Karen Barrett (Gary), Uncle Ivan Purdy, Mike Gonos, and several nephews, nieces, and cousins that loved her very much!
The funeral service is on February 23rd, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Ramsey's funeral home. Reception will be held at the Moose Lodge 519 at 1462 14th Street Oroville, California 95965 at 2:00 p.m.
The family wants to thank Fr Ninos Oshaana from Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church of Vallejo for officiating Mary's funeral service!
