of Oroville, California, passed away on Sunday December 18, 2022

He was a lieutenant in the Royal Lao Army and the Special Guerilla Unit (SGU) during the Secret War.

This will be a 24 hour service all weekend,

starting at 8:00 am on Saturday, January 7th, 2023,

and ending at 8:00 am on Monday, January 9th, 2023.
