Obituary of Ralph Franklin Rhoads

Ralph  “Rocky”  Franklin Rhoads III was born on April 30, 1952 in San Francisco CA, to Ralph “Frank” and Joan Rhoads. He passed away on September 8, 2022 in Oroville CA at the age of 70 years old.  

He loved his two daughters with all of his heart, and would do anything for his family and friends. Rocky enjoyed the outdoors, Hot Rods, and motorcycles. He could always be found in the shop tinkering on some sort of motorized vehicle.  Rocky had a big heart and loved to joke. He could make anyone laugh with his quick wit.

Rocky is survived by his daughters, Wendy Rhoads (Nick Evans) of Oroville, and Christy (Mike) Williams of Placerville.  11 Grandchildren, Samantha, Anthony, Dakoda, Emmalie, Alyssa, Brian, Moriah, Morgana, Josh, Saeka and Brian. Six Great Grandchildren, Joshuwa, Averie, Addison, Jordan, Megan and Kaiden. And many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Lucille Silva.

There are no words to describe how much he will be missed by those who knew him.
