Obituary of Robert Allen Combs

Robert Allen Combs, born October 2, 1990, died on August 21, 2022.

Robert was born in Oroville CA and spent most of his life there. He was never married and had no children. He is preceded in death by his brother Paul Elmore (32). Robert is survived by his divorced parents Donna Wielputz-Hole and Kenneth Combs, sisters Lorraine, Rachel, and Sarah, and brothers Lee and Clayton. Roberts love of life, sunny disposition, and outgoing nature will be desperately missed by all who knew him. He was a Clamper, held a commercial drivers license, and was attending a course provided by Grocery Outlet with his best friend to become a business owner.

Robert will be cremated at Oroville Funeral Home with a memorial service to be held at Rotary Park in Oroville on Saturday, October 1 2022 at 1pm.

His sister Lori Shippy is hosting a FaceBook event titled Roberts Last Party.

Attendees are encouraged to list themselves as “going” and to bring a pot luck item and a favorite picture/written memory of Robert aka Lucky Charms and Bobby to add to a memorial book for the family to share.
