Obituary of Robert Joe Danforth
Robert Joe Danforth of Oroville, CA passed suddenly at the age of 37 from a hit and run in Oroville on July 5th, 2022, at 0349 am.
Robert, known by his family and friends as Bobby, was born at Oroville Hospital in Oroville, CA on January 14th, 1985 at 7:08pm. He is preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Westmoreland, his father Robert Danforth, and his grandparents Margie, Charles, Robin and Joe. He is survived by his older brother Robert, Older sister Candice and her husband Benjamin, younger sister Tania and her husband Jason, Aunt Lavonna and her husband Eric, Aunt Martha, his Uncle Greg, foster parents Kim and Dave, foster brothers Joe, Danny, Kevin and Chris, foster sister Michelle, and numerous cousins.
Bobby was very humorous and could make anyone laugh at any time. He was very soft hearted, sensitive, and loved people. He would give anything he had to the homeless and attended church with his foster family. His favorite scripture was Romans 12/21, "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Bobby enjoyed learning to weld with his foster dad Dave, and working with his foster brother Danny. He liked fishing, whether alone or with family, and swimming in the pool. He loved the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Bobby also had a soft spot for kids and enjoyed being his goofy self with them. He enjoyed good food and traveled often.
