Obituary of Michael Emmett Bottorff

8-19-1943 to 3-25-2022 Michael E. Bottorff passed away from cancer at the age of 78. He, his wife and daughter Erin lived in Biggs for 21 years. Mike served on the Biggs City Council. He retired from Retail Clerks but worked for many food delivery companies like Columbo, Tony's Fine Foods, Otis Spunkmeyer and Mission Foods. He ran the Gridley Safeway Deli Dept for years and was well known there. He volunteered with the Scouts and was a long-time member of AA. He leaves behind his high school sweetheart and wife of 60 years, Cathy Bottorff. He also leaves his son Tim [Christy] Bottorff, daughters Joanie [Greg] Novacek & Erin Bottorff, 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
